FYCHI has established a comprehensive quality control system to ensure every rig meets standards before leaving the factory:
Materials & Craftsmanship:

Factory Testing:
- 100% load test (200kg static load) on every rig
- Folding mechanism durability test (10,000+ cycles)
- Torque spot checks on key connectors

What is FYCHI's after-sales policy? How long is the warranty? How are issues handled?
FYCHI provides distributors with a clear and low-cost after-sales support policy:
Warranty Period:
Rig frame (aluminum/steel structure): 2 years
Seat: 1 year
After-Sales Process:
1.Customer reports issue → Distributor provides photos/videos
2.FYCHI identifies issue type → Free replacement parts sent if quality-related
3.Parts shipped → Distributor replaces locally (no return shipping, saving costs)
Distributors are NOT responsible for:
- Parts costs for quality-related issues
- Bulk recall risks (100% pre-shipment inspection, defect rate <1%)
Note: Issues caused by improper installation or customer damage are not covered.

- No territory restrictions: No exclusivity during trial phase
Lead Times:
- Sample/trial orders: 7-15 days(depending on stock)
- Bulk orders (50+ units): 20-30 days
Path to Formal Distributor:
- After selling through trial units, convert to formal distributor with tiered pricing
- Recurring orders qualify for territory protection
