Chen Yu immersed himself in every detail of motorsport: race regulations, driver techniques, car engineering. He studied. He learned. He waited. All for the chance to move one step closer to that dream.

Fifteen years later, in 2018, the dream became reality. He built his first sim racing rig by hand, mounted a Thrustmaster T150 wheel, and completed his first virtual lap in his own garage. It was more than a DIY project — it was the first turn of a long entrepreneurial journey.

In 2019, Chen Yu invested ¥50 million RMB (approximately $7 million USD) to found Zhejiang Zhongyao Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., and launched his own brand — FYCHI.

With a mission to “recreate authentic racing experiences,” the Zhongyao team dedicated itself to the R&D and manufacturing of sim racing rigs. From structural design to ergonomic seating position, from material selection to compatibility with major wheel bases — every detail has been tested and refined over and over again.

Today, FYCHI has successfully developed over 30 product lines, including:
